How can I allocate administrator rights for groups or members?

Besides the normal rights you also have the possibility to allocate so called global rights. These rights are so called administrator rights. They can be granted to individual members as well as to entire groups.

  1. To allocate these rights select the button members in the upper main menu.

  2. Then select manage global rights in the context menu on the right. You are directed to the following window:

  3. Here you can allocate blanket rights to the selected member or the selected group. The member or the group respectively now automatically holds the right by every action on the platform. The administrator group has global rights assigned by default. Hence they always have reading-, writing- and deleting-access on all documents and all other objects of the platform.
