The system of rights of the virtual network allows you to determine precisely, who is allowed to have access to the documents. The rights always consist of three components:
The object determines the applicability of rights. This refers to documents, folders or news.
The type of right determines, what is allowed. This is for instance the right to read or the right to write.
The holder of the right is the person, who is allowed to carry out these rights. This can be a member or an entire group.
