You have two possibilities to chat with other members in the virtual network. On the one hand you can chat about any certain object, for instance a document, on the other hand you have the possibility to hold a group-chat.
Select the desired document and click on in the context menu on the right.
After that you get an overview of the online/offline status of the members. You have the possibility to invite members, who are online, to a chat. These members then get an e-Mail with a link to the chat.
By clicking on a separate chat-window opens.
Write your message in the lower field of the chat screen. By confirming with the enter-key your message becomes visible for other users.
The field in the upper part of the window indicates, which chats are active at the moment. You can enter any active chatroom.
To start a group chat, select the ‚chat’ button in the main window, next to the name of the group in the user profile area of your start page.
