How do I manage Mailbox Folders?

The function of mailbox folders gives you the possibility to control the delivery of documents within groups. You can define several delivery-groups, which can consist of members, but also of complete groups. These members have the chance, to hand in solutions. Furthermore you can determine a period of time in which the delivery has to take place.

The allocation of access rights for documents in mailbox folders is generated by the system automatically. The creator of the mailbox folder gains reading, writing and deleting rights for every document in the according mailbox folder. Besides him only the members and groups, which belong to one delivery-group, have access to the documents previously uploaded by themselves. Only the members and groups of the delivery group as well as the creator of the mailbox folder are allowed to upload documents. After the deadline the right of members and delivery groups to edit, delete or upload new documents is withdrawn automatically. The creator of the folder keeps his rights.

  3. Select edit in the context menu.
