In order for you to better keep track of folder and documents the Virtual Network allows you to organise documents in folders. The folder structure as well as the navigation between different folders is similar to the navigation with in the Windows Explorer.
In order to access the document structure, you must select in the top main menu.
On the left the current folder structure is displayed. If you click on a folder, its content, all the subfolders and documents, are displayed in the main window.
You can sort the content according to different criteria. By clicking again you can access a subfolder/ document. You can reach the overlying folder by clicking the symbol next to the folder name.
Furthermore in the navigation tree area on the left you can expand folder by clicking the and collapse them again by clicking on the .
