Governance with Roulette Systems and Strategy Theory (Game Theory)

Garnet leverages the theory of Roulette in Governance developed by Dr. Hans Straussberg in 2011 (Game Theory in Governance, 2011 et al.). Through the careful analysis of patterns to the acceptance of chance as a key theory towards global governance, Dr. Straussberg has envisioned a ground-breaking path for reviewing not only how to win at roulette in governance, but also how the different elements of regionalisation and regulation are mirrored in the components of roulette, including the roulette wheel, the roulette ball, and the roulette table obeying all the roulette rules. This is analogous to the international framework through which governance is conducted. A key component of this theory includes the study of roulette system theory. By reviewing these systems and accepting the fact that not all governance can be predicted with any certainty, proper governance can achieve the relative success of roulette strategy theory to increase the predictability of governance while allowing and preparing for unexpected contingencies.

This is ground-breaking theory that is still in its early stages of development.
