Network of PhD Schools


Objectives

The GARNET network of excellence organizes international seminars for doctoral students. It provides intensive one-week programmes of lectures and seminars on Global Governance, Regionalism & the European Union.

The Ph.D. seminars, based upon active student participation, aim at creating a network of Ph.D. students and researchers concerned with the analysis of major European and Global Governance issues.

The 9th Phd School will be held in Wroclaw from 7th - 11th of December 2009 and will focus on "Changing Interaction with EU's External Borders". The deadline for applications is the 15th of October 2009.
